The CRA was enacted in 1977 and established a framework and criteria by which the FDIC assesses the Bank’s record of responding to the credit needs of its entire community, including low and moderate income neighborhoods consistent with safe and sound operations of the Bank.

New Tripoli Bank’s most recent CRA Performance Evaluation was completed in 2023 by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and resulted in a Satisfactory rating.

    New Tripoli Bank puts out an annual Community Outreach & Impact Report to inform our shareholders, employees, and public about our efforts to support our community.

    New Tripoli Bank is involved with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts (IOLTA) program.
