Loan Questions

  1. It depends on the type of loan. For mortgages, we have a mortgage application checklist and for business loans we have a business loan checklist for the information you need.

  2. Yes, you can; this functionality is built right into our online banking platform. Simply transfer funds from your line of credit into your checking account.

  3. Absolutely! Set up your loan payment as a Transfer, not a bill pay. Click on the Transfer Funds tab in online banking and you can transfer from an account to your loan account number. There is a limit of $100,000 and, again, no fees!

  4. Customers can view 12 months’ of statement history online. If you need a statement beyond that time frame, please call your loan officer at 888-298-8821.
