New Tripoli Bank is pleased to announce two promotions and a strategic role transition for its Claussville Branch Office. Megan Belnoski has been promoted to Branch Manager, Paige Hyland has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager, and Jenna Smith has transitioned into the role of Assistant Vice President–Service and Solutions Manager, a new position within the organization which will help foster the continued growth of the Bank.
Jenna Smith has been part of the New Tripoli Bank team for two decades, starting as a Teller and working her way up to Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager. Her new position will allow her to focus on training, mentoring, and developing current and future bankers. She will continue to serve as the Bank’s IRA Specialist.
Megan Belnoski was hired by New Tripoli Bank in 2016, starting in the Bank’s Deposit Operations department before transitioning into the branch network two years ago. She was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2025 and will take over the Branch Manager position. This promotion reflects the Bank’s trust in Belnoski’s management experience and capability to handle day-to-day operations for the Claussville Office.
Paige Hyland joined New Tripoli Bank in 2025 as a Customer Care Specialist, bringing with her nearly a decade of prior banking experience. Her promotion to Assistant Branch Manager reflects her leadership skills and exceptional customer service experience.
