115 years ago, a group of local farmers came together to establish a bank in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania. Before this, the nearest banks were in Allentown, Kutztown, and Slatington, which meant locals would need to set aside several hours of their day just to get their banking done. New Tripoli Bank opened its doors on March 1st, 1910. Originally under the name of New Tripoli National Bank, offering deposit and loan products to locals clamoring for a more convenient bank. Once our doors opened, they never closed.
New Tripoli Bank weathered the Great Depression, two world wars, several recessions, and years of industry consolidation that had shuttered or swallowed up countless other community banks. We have grown from a single office in New Tripoli to three branches located across Lehi County. Claussville, our second office, is located in Orefield and Buckeye, our third office, is located between Emmaus and Macungie. Over the past 115 years, we've adapted our banking tools to meet customer expectations for quality banking service.
