New Tripoli Bank Contest Disclaimer

Contest Rules

No purchase, payment of any kind or banking relationship necessary to enter or win.  A purchase, payment or banking relationship will not increase your chances of winning.  All entries have an equal chance of winning.  Void where prohibited.  By entering this Contest, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

  1. Eligibility:  The Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents.  Employees and Directors of New Tripoli Bank (hereafter referred to as "the Bank") as well as members of their immediate family are not eligible to enter Bank Contests.  The Winner may be required to provide his/her Tax Identification Number for IRS reporting purposes.  The Contest is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.  Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set by the Bank in their sole discretion. 
  2. Promotion Period: The Contest will be active between between March 17th, 2026 and April 6th, 2026.
  3. How To Enter: The Bank will publish posts on the Bank's Facebook and Instagram pages on March 17th, 2026, March 19th, 2026, March 21st, 2026, March 26th, 2026, March 28th, 2026, April 4th, 2026, and April 6th, 2026, asking for entrants to vote between two options by leaving a comment below the post, liking the post, and sharing the post. At the end of the business day on which each of these posts is published, all Entrants who voted for the option that received the most votes will receive one Entry into the Contest.
  4. Determination of Winner(s):  One (1) Winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible Entries on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026.  The Bank will make every effort to contact the Winner by Friday, April 10th, 2026 once the Winner has been determined. If a Winner cannot be contacted, fails to comply with contest rules and/or prize is returned/undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an Alternative Winner may be selected in the Bank's sole discretion. Prizes will be available for pick-up during regular business hours at the Bank's Claussville Office (see address below).  Prizes not claimed after 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be used in a new contest or a second drawing. 
  5. Prizes:  Winner will receive a $100 gift card to Dick's Sporting Goods.  All aspects of the prize will be provided and determined by the Bank in its sole discretion.  No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent for the prize shall be made.  Prizes are not transferable.  Any depictions of the prize are for illustrative purposes and prize is subject to availability/may change.
  6. Approximate Retail Value and Odds: Total Contest prize value is $100.00 at time of Contest posting.  Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received during the promotion period.
  7. Taxes:  Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Tax on winnings should be reported by you to the IRS.
  8. General Terms and Conditions:  The Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the Bank’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper function of the Contest.  The Bank is not responsible for any lost, late, incorrect, inaccurate, undelivered, damaged, or delayed Entries.  All decisions of the Bank are final. 
  9. Consent and Agreement:  By responding to an eligible social media post, the Entrant is signifying their agreement to abide by these Rules. By participating, Entrants and/or Winners agree to release and hold the Bank completely harmless.  This includes but is not limited to its respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of them (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability whatsoever for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cause of action, claim, cost or expense (including without limitation any property damage, personal injury and/or death) arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
  10. Release / Publicity:  The Winner grants the Bank the right and permission to use his/her entry, name, photograph, and likeness, in whole or in part, in any and all media, now or hereafter known, for any purpose, including but not limited to, illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, social media, or any other purpose whatsoever without restriction.   In the case of a Winner whose age is below the age of consent at the time of entering the Contest, the Winner's parent or guardian will be contacted for permission. Each Winner and/or parent or guardian who agrees to these terms waives the right to approve the finished product and agrees that the Bank is not responsible for any publishing errors caused by them or their media outlets.
