On Friday, May 1st, New Tripoli Bank hosted volunteers from Forgotten Felines, Foxy's Cradle, and Peaceable Kingdom to celebrate the end of our April Pet Food Donation Drive with adopt-a-pet events at each of the Bank's branch offices. Forgotten Felines brought a litter of kittens to our New Tripoli office, while Peaceable Kingdom set up shop in our Buckeye branch lobby with Petal and Bonnie. Foxy's Cradle parked their mobile shelter in our Claussville parking lot where employees and customers alike were able to visit with their adoptable cats and kittens.
Our employees had a great time meeting with these friendly furballs, and customers stopped by the stands to learn about how they could adopt these pets. We had several customers stop by who didn't normally do their banking in the branches just for a chance to see the pets, and several of the shelters mentioned that they received visitors who had heard about them through our social media.
We are happy to report that Petal, one of the puppies who visited the Buckeye Office, found her forever home the weekend after the event!
