One of the most important—and most overlooked—parts of a student’s education happens outside the classroom. When students have reliable access to food, they’re healthier, more focused, and better prepared to learn. But when school is out for the summer, many students lose access to the free or reduced‑price meals they depend on during the school year.

This May, we’re asking for your help to make sure no student goes hungry when school is not in session.

Small‑denomination grocery store gift cards—especially to Weis, Giant, and other local supermarkets—allow us to discreetly support students who may not have consistent access to meals over the summer months. Even a five‑dollar gift card can provide a student with breakfast, lunch, or fresh produce.

We want our students to feel supported not only during the school year but throughout the entire summer. Your generosity helps us bridge that gap and ensures students have what they need to stay nourished and healthy.
