We know the security of Online Banking is important to you. When you register for Online Banking, you will be asked to create a personalized User ID. A User ID and Password are required to access Online Banking. Password information will be emailed to you approximately 1 business day after you complete and submit the Online Application Form. Additionally, your account numbers will never be fully displayed and you can create an account nickname for all your accounts. Additional accounts you wish to access may be added by sending us a secure email through the Online Banking Service Message Center.
Bill Payment Guarantee
If a properly scheduled payment is not received and posted on time by the payee, we will attempt to have any late fees or assessed finance charges removed. If the payee is unwilling or unable to remove them, our bill pay provider will pay the fees and finance charges for you.
