- Reside within our service area.
- Complete the Business Loan Application and Personal Financial Statement Page 1 ( Page 2) thoroughly. We recommend that you print two copies and retain one copy for your records.
- Be a U.S. resident and have a valid U.S. social security number.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
